30-day Free Trial Version. This is the simplest and the most legitimate way for you to get a premium Spotify account. The downside of this is that it ends after 30 days, but you do have a month where you can try every premium feature and enjoy it.
If you happen to forget the password to your Spotify account, don’t panic. As long as you remember either your user name on Spotify or the email address that you used to sign up for Spotify, you can get a new password fairly easily.
Resetting your password is also a good safety measure to take if you think that someone knows how to get into your Spotify account without your permission. It’s rare that you will need to reset your password for this reason, but in case it happens, you’ll know what to do.
To reset your Spotify password
Go to www.spotify.com in your web browser and click Log In.
On the log-in screen, click Forgot Your Username or Password?
Click in the box labelled “Email Address or Username” and type in either the email address that you used to sign up for Spotify, or the user name that you chose to represent yourself with on Spotify. Then click Send.
Spotify will send you an email with a link that will let you reset your password.
Go to your email client and open the email from Spotify titled “Reset Your Password”. Click the green hyperlink within it (blurred out here for privacy reasons).
Click in the box labelled “New Password” and type in a new password that you want to use for your Spotify account. Then click in the box labelled “Confirm Password” and type in a copy of this password. Finally, click Set Password.
If you successfully reset your password, you will see the screen below. Click Go to Account to go back to your Spotify account page.
