My Spotify was also cut off without notice. I called the help number and they said that T-Mobile no longer accepts carrier billing so everyone's subscription was canceled. It would have been nice for Spotify (or I guess Boku since they were the biller) to send everyone a notice instead of just canceling subscriptions with no explanation. Playlists are a great way to save collections of music, either for your own listening or to share. To create one: Tap Your Library. Tap CREATE.; Give your playlist a name.

Music Freedom is enabled automatically if you've got an eligible plan - there's nothing you need to do! However, we've got a few tips on how to avoid using data:

- Use the specific music streaming app on your device.
- Don't stream to devices using Mobile Hotspot or tethering.
- When connected to Wi-Fi, your device uses zero data regardless of your streaming choices.
Non-music streaming data
- Most music streaming services include small amounts of non-music streaming data, such as album art and pic advertisements.
- Non-music data does count against your high-speed data bucket. The amount of data varies by streaming partner and the device being used.
- If you stream music for hours at a time, you can expect to see an increase in your data usage.
Roaming experience
T-mobile And Spotify
- International availability of streaming services does vary, so make sure to check with your streaming service provider before you go.
- If you're roaming domestically, you're subject to roaming data limits.
- Simple Choice North America plans: Streaming with Music Freedom doesn't count against your data allotment while traveling in Mexico or Canada.
- Simple Choice plans: You get unlimited data in 210+ countries and destinations. Streaming with Music Freedom while abroad never counts against your domestic high-speed data.
